    Ruth Arzella Christenson is the mother of Gordon A. Christenson. She was a "flapper girl" in the 1920's and had many fond memories of going to "Salt Air", a resort by the Great Salt Lake in the hot summers. She had four children: Gordon, Sharon, Bruce, and Kathleen.
     Musically inclined, she played the organ for many years. She had an especial fondness for "the little people", that is for children. She was a light hearted mother to her own children and is fondly remembered as a delight by the whole family.

     Gordon B. Christenson is the father of Gordon A. Christenson. He served as Salt Lake County Attorney from 1967-71; president of the Salt Lake City Board of Education, 1960-62; former president, vice president, Salt Lake County Recreation Board . 
     Educated at the University of Utah College of Law; practiced before U.S. Supreme Court, Utah Supreme Court; past president, Utah Junior Bar Association. Served many years as GOP central committeeman for Salt Lake County; served Latter Day Saints mission to Germany 1926-29; bishop Webster LDS Ward; superintendent of Primary Children's' Hospital Sunday School.
